What does an HR kick-off cost?

The HR Kick-Off costs €4,550. To do so, you will receive a complete analysis of your organization, discussions with your MT and employees, and a concrete roadmap for 6-12 months. Includes presentation to your MT.

How much time does this take on my part?

We arrange everything. We ask you for a good intake interview, some documents and the availability of your MT and a number of employees. That's it.

Do you also speak to employees?

Yes, we always do this. That's where you can hear what's really going on. We speak to your MT and a selection of employees. That's how we get the whole picture.

What if we already have an HR person?

Then that's just great! We work with your HR person and make sure they come out stronger. Together, the Kick-off gives you a clear plan and the right priorities.

How quickly can we start?
