We do not work with independent contractors. Our professionals are on the VIE People payroll. This means you automatically comply with the DBA Act and face no risk of false self-employment.
VIE People works with growing organizations of 50 to 500 FTE. These are organizations that find their HR processes can no longer keep pace with their growth, are looking to establish a structured HR foundation for the first time, or need specific expertise for a particular HR challenge.
